Things might be a little different, but you'll find us welcoming and professional as always while providing you the best possible complete spa and salon experience. As we're dedicated to the health and safety of clients and staff, you'll find a few things have changed. Here's what you can expect…
When we confirm your appointment, we will ask about your health and make sure all our contact information is updated.
Please plan on bringing only your essential belongings and no extra guests (including non-service animals).
Try to arrive right at the designated time and wear your mask at all times. Seating throughout the spa and salon will be limited, and we will be practicing social distancing.
When you arrive and check in, you can sanitize your hands, complete a short health intake form, and have your temperature taken (no touch). Please remember this is for everyone's well-being and we appreciate your patience with the process, and results, should you be asked to reschedule.
Our staff will be masked at all times and will be disinfecting all surfaces on a regular basis.
Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the spa and salon.
Self-service beverage bars will be temporarily taken out of service. Other common-shared amenities will also be unavailable - neck pillows, magazines, throws, etc.
All treatment rooms and client areas will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every client.
If you need retail products, our staff will get them for you to help reduce exposure. Product testers will be unavailable until further notice.
Plexiglass barriers will be at the front desk.
Upon check out and after paying, we encourage you to sanitize your hands once again.
